01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 11kkk website located at https://11kkk.io and all associated services, applications, and products offered under the 11kkk brand ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 11kkk ("we", "us", "our").

By completing the registration process and creating an account on the 11kkk Platform, or by continuing to access or use the Platform after any revision to these Terms, you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the 11kkk Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts granted to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to the applicable bonus terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a Player's registered payment method into their 11kkk Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 11kkk may require a Player to complete before approving withdrawals or continuing to use the Platform.
• "Platform" means the 11kkk website, mobile web application, all games, betting markets, cashier functions, and support services made available at https://11kkk.io.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real-money Balance from a Player's 11kkk Account to their registered payment method.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which 11kkk accounts are denominated.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The 11kkk Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. 11kkk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 11kkk makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful outside of Bangladesh.

3.3 Registration Accuracy. When creating your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one Account on the 11kkk Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under another identity — is strictly prohibited. 11kkk employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the 11kkk Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) current or former employees of 11kkk or its affiliates, and their immediate family members; (c) individuals who have self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 11kkk login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 11kkk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. 11kkk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC). 11kkk reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. 11kkk's KYC requirements apply equally to all players regardless of account balance.

4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 11kkk support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

4.5 Account Closure by 11kkk. 11kkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or where required to do so for regulatory, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 11kkk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 11kkk does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 11kkk Account balance instantly upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. 11kkk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 30 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawal requests submitted pending KYC verification will be held until verification is complete. 11kkk reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.

5.5 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. All withdrawals will be returned exclusively to the same payment method and account used for deposit. 11kkk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered player name, or payment methods not previously used for deposit.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 11kkk may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 11kkk are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier and qualifying game contributions applicable to each bonus are published in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, slots contribute 100% and live casino games contribute between 10% and 15% toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and free bet credits expire 7 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from a player's account and cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. 11kkk strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using structured low-risk betting to complete wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, 11kkk reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend the Account.

6.5 Promotional Changes. 11kkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted and activated a bonus will not be adversely affected by changes made after the bonus was credited to their account.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is accepted only when a confirmation reference is generated by the 11kkk system and displayed to the player. Bets placed but not confirmed due to system interruption, network failure, or session timeout are not valid and no liability will be accepted by 11kkk in respect of such unconfirmed bets.

7.2 Bet Void Circumstances. 11kkk reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at odds or game conditions that were materially incorrect due to a technical error; (b) the event or game outcome was affected by circumstances outside normal competition rules; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's Account balance.

7.3 In-Play Betting. In-play sports bets, including cricket in-play markets, are subject to the live odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. 11kkk employs a brief acceptance delay on in-play bets to ensure odds integrity. Bets placed during a delay period that expires after a significant event (e.g., a wicket, goal, or score change) may be voided at 11kkk's discretion.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum winnings per single bet event or game session may be subject to limits that vary by game type and market. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting market page. 11kkk reserves the right to limit winnings where they exceed published maximums, irrespective of the bet amount staked.

7.5 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction of any casino game or sports betting system, all bets and plays affected by the malfunction shall be void. 11kkk does not accept liability for losses, wins, or any other outcomes resulting from a technical malfunction. The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all 11kkk games.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11kkk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature and failing to report them to 11kkk immediately.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with 11kkk.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal financial activity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their express consent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 11kkk employees, support agents, or other players through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 11kkk Platform or its underlying technology.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 11kkk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface elements, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 11kkk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 11kkk.

The 11kkk name, logo, and brand marks are the exclusive trademarks of 11kkk. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or in advertising — is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

11kkk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account on the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to 11kkk's collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11kkk will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud-prevention services solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform services and comply with applicable obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 30 calendar days in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

11kkk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended as a source of entertainment, not a means of generating income. 11kkk provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time through your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time spent in your current gaming session.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 The 11kkk Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11kkk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2 11kkk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.3 11kkk's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

12.4 11kkk accepts no liability for losses arising from: (a) internet connectivity failures or interruptions outside its control; (b) force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or utility outages; (c) the player's own error, negligence, or failure to follow published game or betting rules.

13 Amendments to These Terms

11kkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://11kkk.io/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 11kkk Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 11kkk support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through available legal channels. 11kkk is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

For betting disputes specifically, 11kkk's decision regarding the settlement of bets and application of betting rules shall be final, subject to any formal dispute process described in our FAQ.
